By making a bid or submitting a item on this auction platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, accept and agree to these rules below.

• You declare that you are the sole and legal owner of the item.
• You must give a true and accurate description of the items and not withhold or disguise defects.
• Sellers must contact the buyers within 48hours after the auction ended and a slip with the contact detail was received from admin.
• Buyers to collect items from the sellers within 5 days, except where arrangements are made.
• Buyers must test and be satisfied with the item before paying and collecting it. Buyers are allowed to reject a item if they are not fully satisfied, but they need to do a in person inspection first.
• Items are sold as is. By receiving the item, and after payment is done, the sale is final and there will be no more obligations towards each other.
• No refunds nor returns after collection.
• 10% Commission is payable to the auctioneer by the buyer and the seller.
• The seller must inform Admin when items is collected.

Reasons that can lead to your removal from this platform: Although you are special and precious and we appreciate your support, there are some no, no`s that will let you be removed.
• Not obeying and/or complying to the rules.
• Selling items that is not legally yours to sell.
• Failure to pay commissions to the auctioneer.
• Not collecting items that you won the bid on.
• At least a personal visual inspection of the items is required by the buyer before they may rejecting it.
• We went through large efforts to recruit participants. Don’t self advertise and promote your items and/or business with our participants.
• Not respecting each other, bad language, indecent content
